Works to some extent I have the free version it used to work great until Apple updated their iOS to allow you to silence unknown callers. The problem here is that if you turn that setting on the calls get directed to your regular voicemail. Plus I've seen an increase in the number of spam texts and calls I’ve gotten in the past year despite having installed this a while ago.woot woot 33
