I had a problem, they emailed me right away, solved problem, exceptional customer service!! Also, I love that each of my voicemails get turned into text,in different colors, so at a glance it's easy to tell which voicemail is which! Love this!

Really - should be a 5 I really love this app I have a problem with it dropping off my service. I've had 3 different phones, Moment , Nexus , G2 and with each I have had to reactivate the service periodically. Other than that it's great.
