Bad customer service on paid version Every time I check my voicemail, this app locks my phone into "in call" volume so I can't adjust any volumes except for the in call speaker, until I reset the phone. I've left an email through the app over a week ago. I called cs today. Was on hold over ten minutes with no response. I received an email documenting my call with a message that I would be called back. That's been over 12 hours ago. I paid $60 for poor customer service and an app that virtually useless! HTC One M9 Sprint
