Though I discovered that I couldn't use all the features I signed up for (because of my phone's OS), the Youmail team immediately rectified the situation involving my monthly subscription (which was more than I expected, considering other businesses). I subscribed for the personalized voicemail feature and spam blocking which really works and is well worth the purchase. Only fell short 1 star because I couldn't assign a voicemail for blocked/private/spam numbers; would've been perfect otherwise
