Customer Care Justin Rescued My Files I had a bunch of valuable VM's from my mom dated 2013/14. I downloaded to my computer by doing a BATCH download available with the upgraded fee. They showed a file size on their website but once on my computer they showed Zero bytes. A few folks tried helping but it was Justin and my persistence which persevered. Justin worked with me and his side to find a solution and wouldn't give up. He found the cure and saved these presious files. If it wasn't for his persistence and optimism....I would have assumed them lost. Justin - a diamond in the rough.

Stellar Secretary I love it. The way it says the name of a contact is very professional. As long as you don't put them in your contacts as "Whacko" or "jerk" all is good.
