Excellent service,sometimes if the caller doesn't speak clearly you mail can't scribe correctly. Other than that it is like having your own personal,and professional answering service!!! Also it's excellent at call blocking more than any other app. I've been a subscriber now for at least 3 -4 yrs.

So far so good! I missed visual voicemail when I switched from Sprint to Verizon but I wasn't about to pay 2.99 for something I had for free and this definitely helps pick up Verizon's slack in this area.
