Bad: YouMail's standard greeting for the name auto-detection Markets the service in the greeting and your callers are told to speak clearly (rude). Sprint/T-Mobile customers should not download this app because it will STOP working and you will have to keep reactivating YouMail so that it can function properly. Customer service response time is slow.
