Thanks for resolving. Original: I had to stop using it since I had a lot of times where it would get disconnected. This was a new problem in the last six months requiring me to resetup each time

I've been using this for years as my voice mail and never had any issues. It amazes people in my contacts to be greeted by name when they don't get me. Highly recommend!
