Can't hear voicemail messages on bluetooth Love the special greeting to greet callers by name. I have the IPhone 5 and I use a Bluetooth. If you have on the Bluetooth, you're forced to listen to your voicemails on speaker mode and cannot listen through the Bluetooth. So go to a discreet place to check your voicemails. Also your contacts are listed twice which is weird.

A good application, Great customer service YouMail has been on my iPhone since its release. I've seen it get better and better over time. The smart greeting is my favorite. There is just something really cool about your callers being greeted by name. But what I really want to say here is how great the customer service is. Recently I changed my phone number upon getting the iPhone 5. So I had to change my YouMail account from my old number to the new one, a process that seems simple in the application or on the website, however this time it just kept sending me back to the beginning after entering all my information. So I shot of an email to the customer support. Turns out it was a know problem and they offered to do it for me on the back end. Long story short my problem was fixed in about 30 minuets. A big thank you to Irish the customer support agent who helped me out.
