Love it! I never check my voice mail!! With premium service, I get transcribed voicemail message and an MP3 immediately sent to work address. The translations are pretty dead on. When they are not, it is close enough where I rarely have to listen to the attached MP3. Also, when I get messages in Spanish from my relatives, they are translated correctly. I never have to stop what I'm doing to check voicemails. Bonus: when I need someone else to handle the situation, I just forward the email! If you're a busy person, this is a huge time saver. What's not to love.

So far so good! I love the caller Id . Both parts, one says Their name when voice mail picks up and all caller id including junk calls. I worry if I'm unable to connect to Internet if I can retrieve my calls . No problems so far.
