It's​ great to be able to see your messages. No dialing or passcode. One click and all my messages are on screen. A quicker and more efficient way of managing messages. I will never go back to conventional voicemail. Cons: They don't always get the transcription correct, especially if someone has an accent. I'm paying for "human transcribing" and still have words missing or incorrect. The base subscription is done by computer and is a little worse. About one out of every ten messages will have to played due to poor voice to text.
