It's great for personal phone lines or business lines, and it's a must have if you use one cell phone for both business and personal use! You have the ability to reroute calls and everything. It's like having a private secretary in your pocket! Some of my friends were comically creeped out the first time they were greeted by name, but they always admit in the end that it's awesome lol.
