Who called me from 714-451-XXXX?

this phone number is associated with 877-513-3991. *Many reviews on their toll-free number. we blocked their toll free number so they called from main number. the initial caller Left us a voice msg. "I'm John Huntington from IPS Document services (?? weird b/c the number left for us to return call was for Kauffman & Assoc) and I am calling for Chris about Charges filed against you...." ??? I am a 100% disabled Veteran - what charges? I googled IPS Doc Services (no such company), according to the remarks on the toll free number, This is some sort of collection company- for a bill over 12 years old that was included in a bankruptcy. What did they do, buy all creditors uncollectable balances including ones expunged in a bankruptcy (which of course, is illegal). Unsure how to Title the company: says Kauffman and Assoc. but called said IPS Document Services (which doesn't exist). call the 877 number after hours & it is Kauffman & Assoc. (hmmm. gotta wonder)
