Patch needed for Sprint Users I got the YouMail because a friend recommended it who was using Verizon. He told me it was free so of course I thought that was awesome! I downloaded to my BlackBerry Curve and it never seem to work correctly. It would work sometimes but not all of the time. I called YouMail technical support they couldn't figure it out after three days of going back and forth with YouMail they finally decided that I needed to purchase a patch or an additional phone number because of the way Sprint sends their calls through their system. For whatever reason somehow it does not work with sprint users. Recently I upgraded to an iPhone 4s and the iPhone app obviously seems a lot more user friendly and helpful. So far my experience has been great since I purchased the patch and started using YouMail with my iPhone 4S. I like being able to create personal voicemails for people that I know. Purchasing the patch for Sprint users is well worth it. Cheers!
