Indespensible! My S21 doesn't support visual voicemail with my carrier (unlike the iPhone. Boo!). This is the only way I can get visual voicemail. I do wish there was a lower cost option to get more transcriptions per month. I don't care for the other features.

The only thing so that I don't like is that my voicemail' so end up in my email. I get enough junk in my email, tho I may be able to change that in the settings . I'll update after further exploring - I haven't had the app very long yet

Used for over a year! I like it that I can go down to my fifth message and skip the ones before it if I want. Leaves it all up to you on how you choose to hear your voicemail messages.
