Hello - this is a very important call from Navia (Not Navient) and we need to speak with you - called me 6 times in 2 days! Jeez

Repeated calls claiming to be from NAVIENT student loans

Called me at work asking for an ex-daughter-in-law. I called them back and the first thing they asked me for was my social security number to look up the student loan. Student loans go by a 10 digit account number - not a social security number. It sounds official saying you are talking on a record line, blah, blah, blah

This is Navient Student Loan Servicing. It is not a spam/scam company, rather an US Dept Education loan servicer. If you are behind on payments, or cosigned a loan for someone and its behind, they will start calling and hassling you about it.

SPAM 100 percent as I do not have a student loan. They call daily.

It is neither spam nor scam. It is Navient, agency that services student loans on behalf of Sallie Mae/Department of Education. They usually call when you're behind on your payments so they can work with you on getting back on track through deferral for hardship.
