Changing carrier. It would seem this has nothing to do with changing carrier just the phone number. I'm concerned as it directing me to call two different numbers to activate after having used the service over many months. The numbers shown don’t appear to be phone number as they are more than 10 digits. This indicates it’s a scam. Please reply and explain.
