I filter all of my calls through You Mail. It does a good job filtering spam and sends a transcription to my email if the caller leaves a message. I rely upon YouMails machine transcription. I estimate that the transcription is 80% accurate but usually is readable enough to classify the message. Many of my callers are Indian speaking English so this isn't too bad.
