Great Product & Exceptional Customer Service I've been enjoying the YouMail Voicemail App for awhile now. I get so many comments from people after they reach my voicemail asking how I made mine address them by name in the greeting. I explain that it's a free app and have several of my friends and co-workers using it now as well. A couple of weeks ago I started having an issue with my messages not showing up visually within the app. I could still call in to listen to them, just not listen to them within the app. I mentioned it in a review and within a few days Jacky from Y.M. support sent me a message with a few simple steps that immediately corrected the issue. Try the App, you won't be disappointed. If you do run into an issue, YouMail support is second to none!
