*** UPDATE *** I had previously given this app a 1 start rating due to not having been refunded when cancelled. I contacted them again, as per their recommendation, and the issue was due to a system glitch and it had issued a credit on my YouMail account instead of a refund. They fixed the problem and my credit card was refunded. I was impressed with the speed, politeness and efficiency of the agent I spoke with, so they deserve an upgrade back to 5 star since it is a great system after all.An Android User
